How to Wash (Large Tub):
Load & Fill: Put your clothes in the larger tub. Fill it with water using the hose/faucet until the clothes are covered.
Wash: Add your soap, and turn the Wash Timer dial (usually 10-15 minutes).
Drain: Once the cycle finishes, turn the center selector knob to "drain" (or Desagüe) to let the dirty water out.
Rinse: Turn the center knob back to the wash setting. Fill the tub with clean water, run the timer for a few minutes to rinse the soap out, and drain the water one last time.
How to Spin (Small Tub):
Transfer: Move your wet clothes into the smaller tub on the right.
Spin: Close both the inner and outer lids, and set the Spin Timer for about 3-5 minutes.
Hang Dry: The clothes will come out just slightly damp. Hang them outside on the line, and the Guanacaste heat will dry them completely in no time!

Check-out: 4:00 Pm (A rare extended check-out so you can enjoy until late!)
Strict Quiet Hours (7:00 Pm to 10:00 Am):
Titas House is located in a very peaceful, family-oriented residential neighborhood. During these hours, we ask for absolute respect:
No music, use of speakers, or loud Tvs are allowed.
Conversations in outdoor areas must be kept at a low volume.
Yelling or disruptive noises are strictly prohibited.
Zero Tolerance for Parties and Disturbances:
This space is a retreat for resting, not a party venue. Loud gatherings, rowdy celebrations, or events are completely prohibited at any time of the day. During the day, if you listen to music, it must be at a low volume and strictly kept inside the casita.
Only Registered Guests:
To maintain the security and peaceful environment of the property, no visitors or people who are not officially included in your reservation are allowed to enter.
Smoke-Free Space:
Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the house.
Outdoor Security Cameras and Monitoring:
For your peace of mind and the property's security, we have surveillance cameras located exclusively in outdoor areas (main entrance and parking). We fully respect your privacy inside the casita. However, we reserve the right to review and use these recordings to verify the number of guests entering or to document any activity that violates our rules (such as parties, disturbances, or unauthorized visitors).
âš ï¸ Breach of Rules Clause (Important):
We take the tranquility of our environment very seriously. Failure to comply with the noise rules, throwing parties, or any rowdy behavior or disrespect towards the neighbors will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and an eviction request from the property, without the right to a refund.
