âŽcheckout: Checkout is at 11 a.m. Late checkout can be accommodated for an additional fee of , to be agreed upon with the host at the time of reservation.
âŽTrash-pit your waste in the bins - in the kitchen or next to the dining table.
âŽnoise: Guests and visitors must keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties—especially during nighttime hours (e.gp.m. – 8 a.m.), and upon arrival and departure.
âŽparking: You may park your vehicle in the front of the property. Also the property has its own parking attached to its left side.
âŽIllegal activities: All illegal activities, not limited to the use of illegal substances, are strictly prohibited.
