We have a community kitchen with a large island and stainless steel appliances. We provide all cooking utensils. There is a living room with a mounted tv…great for movie night!

The bathroom is just a quick step away with a shower and a large mirror. We provide towels and you provide your linens for sleeping.

We are a secure facility with keypad locks so that you are always safe! Parking is abundant since we have street parking and off-street parking in the back!

We are centrally located near downtown so entertainment and food are just blocks away! Come check us out on your next stop to Davenport!

Sinclair House Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 72 hs before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
