• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
• If you smoke, please do so outside and ensure doors and windows are closed.
• A cleaning fee may apply if smoking is detected indoors.
Quiet Hours
• Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 pm.
• This is a residential building, not a party apartment.
Guests
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• No parties or events.
Self Check-In
• This is a self check-in property.
• Please follow the check-in instructions carefully.
• Late-night assistance may not be available.
Care of the Space
• Please treat the apartment, furniture, and appliances with care.
• Any damage caused during the stay must be reported.
Rubbish
