1. Parking:
Parking is not allowed on the Host's property without the Host's written permission or a separate parking agreement.

2. No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises, including all rooms and shared spaces. A cleaning fee of 0 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
3. Short-Term Occupancy:
Guests acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is for short-term occupancy only and does not create a residential tenancy. Guests shall not establish residence at the Property, and the Property shall not be used for any purpose other than the temporary accommodation specified in this Agreement.
4. Limited Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of individuals listed in the reservation. Unauthorized guests may result in expulsion or additional charges.
5. Mice:
In consideration of the urban location of the leased premises and the occasional presence of mice in urban environments, it is expressly understood and agreed by both parties that the occasional sighting of a mouse in or around the apartment shall not constitute valid grounds for termination of the lease or request for alternative accommodations.
6. Non-Disturbance:
Guests and their guests shall not disturb, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors or use the premises for any unlawful purpose, including the setting off of fireworks. Any such behavior may lead to eviction without a refund. Guests should avoid creating excessive noise, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. A 0 fine will apply for verified noise complaints (e.g., parties or large gatherings) that unduly impact neighboring residents and/or violate local noise ordinances.
7. Lost Key/Lockout:
Guests agree to pay a fee of 0 for a lost key. If the Guest is locked out due to their own actions, a lockout fee of 0 will apply for assistance in regaining access to the property.
8. Parking Permit:
If a parking permit is provided for the unit, a 0 fee will be charged for any lost or unreturned permits.
9. Animals:
No dogs, cats, birds, or other animals may be kept in the apartment or allowed anywhere else in the building without express permission from the Host and payment of an additional cleaning fee. Pets are permitted in select apartments, subject to approval and a non-refundable pet sanitation fee. Additional charges, as well as size and breed restrictions, may apply and vary by building.
10. Responsibility of Vehicle:
The Host is not responsible for any tickets, damage, or towing of vehicles on the property. The Guest is responsible for following all local parking regulations and any parking instructions given by the Host, including using designated spaces. Any fines, damages, or towing charges will be the Guest's responsibility.
11. Personal Belongings:
Upon vacating the apartment, please take all personal belongings with you. Stars is not responsible for items left behind. While we can sometimes assist in recovering forgotten items, we cannot guarantee their return.
12. Check-In and Check-Out: Guests must adhere to the check-in and check-out times as specified in their reservation details. If alternative arrangements are needed, the Guest must notify the Host in advance. All modifications are subject to approval and may incur additional charges; please inquire for pricing. Notification at least one day in advance is preferred, and in all cases, the latest time to request a late check-out is no later than two hours prior to the scheduled check-out time. Unauthorized early entry or failure to check out by the agreed-upon time will result in a fee assessed at the Host's discretion, with a minimum charge of .
