*Smoking prohibited inside the house there is a balcony that you are welcome to use .
*if guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and Guests Will Be Asked To Vacate The Property Immediately. Smoking any substance including Hookah, Shisha Cigars and Marijuana is prohibited Inside the apartment-Fine will be paid before Departure if captured .
*no Events or Parties ,Failure to adhere, Guests will be asked to vacate the property Immediately.
* Feel free to use the Braai and Pool area in the Courtyard within the complex, this is set up for our super guests' leisure use only.
