We want our guests to be as relaxed and happy as possible, but in order to make your stay as special and tranquil, we ask that you thoroughly read the rules and regulations and must be followed by all visitors to the property.
* Registration: The number of visitors must be precisely counted and recorded. Guests who are not registered are not permitted to enter the unit. On the day of departure, guests must vacate the property by 12:00 pm, with check-in at 3:00 pm.
* Noise: As a courtesy to the other unit owners, exercise caution when utilizing the shared areas. Speak quietly when passing through the hallway and only use the karaoke until 10pm
* Children: When guests bring minors along, they must be watched after and never left alone. They will be held accountable for any mishap the kid may experience. Guest will be responsible for any injury, loss, illness incurred during their stay.
* Energy saving: Please don't misuse electricity. When leaving the property or when any appliances are not in use, turn it off including the air conditioner.
* No Smoking: Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit, including any weapon or illegal substance.
* Pool and gym usage: Entering the pool is at your own risk. Please wear proper gym clothes and swimsuits. Make use of the shared restroom with showers in the amenities area. It is not permitted to eat or use glassware or bottles in the pool area
* Clean as you go: Please dispose trash properly to avoid unpleasant odors in any areas inside the unit. Avoid hanging of clothes and towels outside the window. Do not leave shoes, slippers, or other items outside the unit's main door or hallway
* Damages: Handle the equipments with care, treating it as your own. Guests are responsible for covering any damage or lost items within the property. Money, paperwork, and other personal valuables should never be left unattended as we are not liable for any theft or loss. Guests must lock doors and windows and secure their belongings when leaving the property.
