La'Cris Homestay ist ein neu gebautes Ferienhaus in Santa Fe, Cebu. Hier können die Gäste den Garten und andere Einrichtungen optimal nutzen. Diese Unterkunft bietet Zugang zu einem Solarium oder einer Dachterrasse sowie kostenlose Privatparkplätze. Alle Zimmer verfügen über eine Terrasse mit Blick auf den Garten und einen offenen Bereich, in dem Sie den Tag im Freien verbringen können. Die Unterkunft liegt gegenüber der Dorfstraße, die zum Paradise Campsite Beach und zum Sandira Beach führt. Es sind nur wenige Gehminuten und Sie können den unberührten weißen Sand genießen und den Sonnenaufgang oder Sonnenuntergang am Strand bewundern.
Das Apartment verfügt über ein Esszimmer für sechs Personen und eine offene Küche. Es gibt ein klimatisiertes Wohnzimmer mit einem Doppelschlafsofa, einem Flachbildfernseher mit Netflix-Streaming-Dienst und Sie können auch Cignal-Kanäle in HD genießen. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer im Apartment, eines ist klimatisiert und das andere ist mit einem Ventilator und einem Luftkühler ausgestattet, hat aber ein eigenes Bad mit T&B. Alle Badezimmer im Apartment haben WC mit Bidet und Warm- und Kaltwasserdusche. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern ausgestattet. Zusätzliche Kissen und Handtücher sind auf Anfrage erhältlich.
Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von der Unterkunft aus leicht zu erreichen. Alternativ können Sie an der Rezeption vorab Besichtigungstouren buchen.
1. Off-limits Areas:
Do not enter locked doors except the room you are staying, and be considerate with the neighboring guests.
2. Smoking:
No smoking indoors, especially the bedroom area. Smoke detector are installedin each room.
3. Parties and Social Gatherings:
Parties, gatherings, and other social functions are upon the approval of the host.
4. Noise
Guests and visitors should keep noise at a minimum between 10 pm to 7 am as a courtesy to the neighbors.
5. Waste and Trash Management:
Please leave your trash in a bin, as each room have one inside and even in the bathroom. All guest were encouraged to kindly leave recyclable trash in the segregated recycle bins, and waste bin for the compostable materials found inside the vicinity of the property.
6. Pets:
Keep you pets out of harm by not letting them wonder along corridor of the terrace & rooftop, on their own. Keeping doors, windows and gates to the outside closed, as it will help keep your pet from running away.
Pet waste should be cleaned up as quickly as possible because it is more sanitary than waiting and reduces problems with odor. This goes for waste in the yard as well, as your pet may think the garden is its private domain. The quicker you remove feces and saturate urine spots on the lawn with water, the less damage your pet's activities will do to the landscape.
Note that damage/s in the furnitures and appliances inside the apartment caused by the guest or pet, are subject for a compensation charge.
