1. Wolf Willow is a vibrant, family-oriented community. To ensure a great stay for you and our neighbours, please adhere to:
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Sound travels easily; please keep music and voices low during these times.
2. Basement Suite: Please use the street parking near the front or at the back. The basement entrance is on the left side of the house. Follow the concrete slab's path.
Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property.
3. Waste & Recycling
Calgary uses a three-bin system located at the Front of House.
Black Bin (Garbage): Picked up every other Wednesday.
Blue Bin (Recycling): Picked up every Tuesday.
Green Bin (Compost): Picked up every Tuesday for summer and every other Tuesday for winter.
Note: Please ensure all organic waste is bagged in certified compostable bags.
4. Heating & Cooling
Thermostat: Located in the living room. We recommend 21 or 22°C for comfort.
In Calgary's winters, please ensure all windows are fully latched to prevent drafts and pipe freezing.
5. Access
We use a contactless smart lock system for your convenience.
How to Unlock: Enter your 4-digit code and press the unlock/lock button. You will hear the deadbolt retract.
6. There's a shared TV that guests can access in the living room.
Basic plan to access local news channels and Netflix
7. Strictly NO outdoor shoes indoors, leave outdoor shoes inside on the black boot tray.
8. No food or eating in the bedrooms to avoid staining the linens.
9. Laundry: Please use only ONCE a week unless in emergency cases.
10. The pods are placed inside the laundry cabin on the right side. There is also a broom on the left side of the laundry cabin for your use.
11. The mop is available for your use in the electrical room - the door on the left side of the living room main entrance.
12. If you choose to wash your bed linens/towels, please do not mix whites with other colored clothes. Use the bleach provided in the washroom.
13. Black face towels are for makeup removal; please avoid using white towels.
14. Turn Off Lights: Please turn the security lights off in the morning, make sure to turn off all the lights and the stove after use.
During your stay, if you have any concerns, please text via the Airbnb app, and we will be ready to assist you.
