Because of this, it may not be suitable for children under 7 and guests with disabilities or limited mobility. Shoes Off
Please remove your shoes when entering the property.
Smart Bedroom Door Access
• Unlock with the key the first time
• Afterwards, touch the circle sensor with your thumb to unlock
• When leaving, press the internal lock button inside the room
Wi-Fi / Internet
Login details are available in the living room.
TV & Streaming
• Amazon Prime Video is available
• Log in to your Netflix account using the Fire Stick
• Fire Stick is on HDMI 2 (select via Source/Input on the TV remote)
Please log out of personal accounts before checkout
Parking
✔ Free parking available in close proximity and around the property. Most times directly in front of the house if lucky.
If parking further down or on nearby streets, check signs for restrictions (residents' zones, time limits, controlled areas).
The host cannot be responsible for parking violations.
Respecting the Space
Leave Everything as You Found It
Return all furniture, appliances, decor and items to their original position.
Kitchen & Dishes
• Do not leave any dirty dishes — wash, dry and put away after use
• Do not adjust the kitchen blind
Towels
Unused towel → leave on the bed
Used towel → place on the bathroom floor.
Restricted Area
Access to the basement is prohibited for guests.
Do Not Remove Items from the Property
To ensure fairness and enjoyment for all guests, removal of any household items is strictly prohibited.
This includes (but is not limited to):
• Towels, bedding, duvets, pillows
• Cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs
• Cookware (pots, pans, trays, utensils)
• Electrical items (kettles, toasters, irons, hairdryers)
• Extension leads, chargers & cables
• Cleaning equipment
• Decorations & ornaments
• Books & magazines
• Remotes & batteries
Any missing items will result in a charge.
General Rules
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
No smoking or vaping inside (smoke outside & dispose responsibly)
No parties, events or large gatherings
No unregistered overnight guests
Check-Out (11:00 AM)
• Wash & put away all dishes
• Turn off lights and kitchen appliances
• Close windows & lock all doors
• Leave items as you found them
• Return keys to the designated location
• Take all personal belongings

Please ensure to read the house manual and rules. There is a front door and back door key with one key for each bedroom in each safe. The front door is a bit temperamental. Please give it a good push up to lock it.
The bathroom cord switch has also been a bit temperamental. If it doesn't work, please use the mirror light.
When you check out, please take off all used beddings (except the bed runner and its cushion) and leave them in the bathroom with the used towels.
Also empty the fridge of all cooked food.
