- Strictly NO visitors/Parties/Functions or gatherings are allowed and your booking will be cancelled immediately if the host noticed that you are planning to have a visitor, party or function, your booking will be cancelled with immediate effect and you may require leaving the property and your deposit will be ceased.(your host lives in the vicinity of the property)

- Please make sure that all your rubbish's are put in the bins outside the garage. Red Lid bin for waste and Yellow Lid bin for recycles

- Do not remove bed linen, we change them for the next guest after you leave.

- Cleaning fee we charge you will covers only the cost of washing and changing linen and a general clean after you vacate. Guests are required to keep all areas of the home clean at all times. That includes wiping down benches, making sure floors are kept clean of crumbs and spills, cleaning up all signs of mess, and cleaning the microwave and oven/cooktop after you use it. Clean all cooked pots and pans and no burnt marks.
If you leave the house messy extra cleaning fee up to 0 will be applied and will be deducted from your deposit.
You get this tidy home as your previous guest has left the house tidy and clean. So consider the next guest and don't let this house messy.

Before you leave
- If you have any dirty dishes, pots/pans, load and run the dishwasher
- Switch off all lights /heaters/ coolers (save energy)
- Lock all the doors and close windows
- Remove your rubbish and place them in bins outside

The bin collection day is Monday and please leaves the bins on the nature strips near road lids opening to the road side on Sunday night for collection
