Registered Guests Only
Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property. No unapproved visitors or overnight guests.
No Smoking
Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the loft. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees.
No Sleeping on the Couch
The couch is not intended for sleeping. Please use the designated beds only.
No Food in Bedrooms or on Upholstered Seating
Breakfast in bed or eating on sofas is not permitted to prevent stains and damage.
Care of Walls & Surfaces
Please avoid touching, leaning on, or marking the walls to prevent stains and scuffs.
Respect the Property
Guests may not remove, relocate, or take any items belonging to the property.
Report Damages Immediately
If anything is accidentally damaged during your stay, please inform us promptly. We understand accidents happen and appreciate transparency.
Quiet Hours
Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
