• This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A fine of R500 will apply for any violation.
• No items, or laundry may be stored or hung on the balcony, except for the garden furniture provided. A R500 fine will apply for non-compliance.
• Parties, prostitution, and excessive noise are not permitted. Breach of this rule may result in a fine of R5000 and immediate eviction.
• Violence, vandalism or destruction of property will not be tolerated and will lead to full liability and eviction.
• Unlimited Wi-Fi is available during your stay. Login details can be found on the sticky note placed on the desk.
• You are welcome to log into your own Netflix, YouTube, or other streaming accounts on the Smart TV to enjoy your preferred entertainment.
• Check-out is strictly at 11:00 AM. A R1000 fee applies to late check-outs unless arranged in advance.
• Housekeeping is available for long stays (minimum 7 nights) and will be done after the 4th night. If you qualify, please let us know your preferred day.
• Garbage disposal is located on the basement level.
• A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are provided in the cupboard for your use.
• Coffee, tea, milk, and sugar are complimentary.
