Gerne bieten wir Ihnen einen Transfer vom Flughafen (oder Bahnhof) zum Apartment sowie zurück an.
Das Apartment liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Chreschtschatyk, dem Bessarabska-Platz und der Arena City entfernt. Zahlreiche Restaurants, Pubs und Clubs sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ein zentraler Lebensmittelmarkt und zwei Supermärkte befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe.
Die Reinigung bei An- und Abreise sowie die wöchentliche Reinigung bei Aufenthalten ab 7 Tagen sind im Preis inbegriffen. Zusätzliche Reinigungen können Sie bei Bedarf gegen Aufpreis hinzubuchen. Frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt.
Ein bewachter Parkplatz in der Arena City befindet sich direkt neben dem Gebäude (gegen Gebühr). Die Gegend bietet zahlreiche Bars, Cafés, Restaurants, Geschäfte und Supermärkte. Einige Nachtclubs befinden sich direkt im Arena City-Komplex. Auf dem Bessarabska-Platz liegt ein großer Markt.
1. The number of guests actually staying in the apartment must not exceed the number stated in the booking.
2. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
3. Please avoid excessive noise or disturbance after 10:00 p.m.
âš ï¸ Attention: Failure to comply with these rules may result in a fine of 100 Eur and early termination of the rental agreement without compensation.
4. In case of damage to property or equipment, you are required to cover all costs related to their repair and restoration to the original condition.
âš ï¸ Attention: As a security deposit for possible damages, a cash deposit of 100 Eur (or equivalent) may be requested upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out after the inspection of the apartment, provided no damages are found.
5. We also offer additional services: extra cleaning, rental extension, additional apartment rental, transfers, and other options. All services are paid separately in cash.
