Das Apartment befindet sich in Loutraki, 2,1 km vom Thermalbad entfernt, und verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Smart-TV, kostenfreiem Highspeed-WLAN und vielen Annehmlichkeiten.
Die Wohnung bietet Meerblick und einen privaten Strandabschnitt. Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einem Badezimmer und einem Gäste-WC.
In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche historische Stätten und attraktive Ausflugsziele.
Die Unterkunft: Das „Atlas on the Water" liegt direkt am Meer, nur eine Autostunde von Athen und dem internationalen Flughafen entfernt und in unmittelbarer Nähe der berühmten historischen Stätten von Epidauros, Mykene, Nafplio und dem antiken Korinth.
Das „Atlas on the Water" vereint die natürliche Schönheit von Oliven- und Pinienbäumen mit der Weite des Meeres.
Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft für ein bis fünf Personen.
Zugang für Gäste: Gäste haben Zugang zur gesamten Wohnung, mit Ausnahme von zwei Kleiderschränken. Einer befindet sich direkt neben der Eingangstür, der andere ist einer der Einbauschränke im Schlafzimmer.
Beide Schränke enthalten persönliche Gegenstände und technische Geräte.
Weitere Hinweise: Die Wohnung bietet folgende Schlafmöglichkeiten:
1/ 160 x 220 cm großes Bett im Schlafzimmer. Komfortabel für 2 Erwachsene.
2/ 160 x 200 cm großes Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer.
3/ 140 x 200 cm großes Schlafsofa im Schlafzimmer.
Bei Buchungen für mehr als 2 und weniger als 6 Personen teilen Sie uns bitte Ihre bevorzugte Schlafaufteilung mit.
Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours (10pm – 7am), and upon arrival and departure.
Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded, and that Visitors are complicit with these House Rules.
Any additional overnight Visitors must be approved in advance during the booking process and are subject to an additional fee as noted in the price.
Any time Guests leave the Vacation Rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.
Guests must switch off lights, air conditioning, fans, and electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving. It is not permitted to leave the air conditioning on when Guests are absent from the Vacation Rental.
Guests are to dispose of Garbage and Recycling in the allocated trash cans, and excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas.
Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted inside the Vacation Rental.
No bathroom towels are to be removed from the property (i.e. for beach use). Separate beach towels are provided for this purpose.
Please do not use the white towels to remove makeup. Separate dark-colored face towels are being provided for makeup removal.
All Damages and Breakages must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as reasonably practicable. Failure to report them will likely result in a penalty deduction from the security deposit .
