This property observes a 24-hour low-noise policy. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times, including voices, music, Tvs, and balcony use, and be mindful that the property is located in a residential area.

2. Neighbour Interaction

For everyone's privacy and comfort, guests are kindly asked not to interact with neighbours or involve them in any matters relating to the stay. If you need anything at all, please contact the host directly.

3. Check-In & Check-Out
• Standard check-in is after 3:00 Pm
• Standard check-out is by 10:00 Am

Early check-in or late check-out is only available with prior written approval from the host.

4. Pets

Pets are welcome, however prior notification and written approval are required before arrival. Please reach out in advance so we can confirm suitability and any additional arrangements.

5. Pest Control & Guest Care

The property is covered by a professional pest control warranty and is serviced regularly.
Guests are kindly asked to:
• Ensure luggage and personal belongings are clean and free of pests
• Avoid leaving food uncovered or out overnight

Please do not move, disconnect, or alter:

7. Cleanliness Concerns

If you have any cleanliness concerns upon arrival or during your stay, please notify us immediately.
We are committed to resolving any such issues within 60 minutes of being informed. If we are unable to do so, a refund may be considered. By booking you confirm you agree.

8. Keys & Lockbox

Upon check-out, keys must be returned inside the lockbox.
Lost keys or keys not returned correctly may result in a replacement or locksmith fee.

9. Guests & Visitors

Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Visitors are not allowed without prior approval.

10. Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Please smoke only in designated outdoor areas (if applicable) and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

11. General Care

Please treat the property with care and respect, as you would your own home, and report any damage or issues as soon as possible.
