Die Gäste haben vollen, privaten Zugang zum Cottage und zum Gartenbereich. Sie erhalten bei der Ankunft Ihre eigenen Schlüssel und können nach Belieben kommen und gehen.
Ich bin über die Airbnb-App verfügbar und gebe gerne lokale Tipps zu Parkhursts, Rosebank und Joburgs besten Orten, kreativen Veranstaltungen und kulturellen Juwelen oder biete dir volle Privatsphäre, wenn du möchtest. Der Concierge-Service ist gegen eine Gebühr verfügbar. Fragen Sie also gerne nach, wenn Sie etwas benötigen. Drucken, Einkaufen, Wäsche usw. können für Sie organisiert werden.

E-Hailing-Dienste sowie öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind leicht zugänglich.

Hello, Welcome to Parkhurst
You will find the keys in the Blue Lockbox by the gate. The code changes after every guest so I will share it with you on the morning of your check in. There will be a code provided to take the keys out, and another code to leave the keys when you check out.
Currently the gate is manual with a padlock. Please use the keys to unlock the padlock if locked, and undo the shutter lock at the top of the gate. Please be shore to close the shutter lock everytime you come in or out, as the dogs on the property are able to open the gate when the shutter lock is not in place. They are escape artists.
In your set of keys, the smallest key will open the small gate in front of you behind which is a large wooden doghouse. That gate unlocks the private, short, straight path to the garden guest suite.
You will use the 4rd key to unlock the sliding door. Please be sure to take the keys whenever you leave the unit as the sliding door locks automatically when closed.
Once you enter the flat you will see the living room kitchen area. The desk is completely adjustable and can be used as a standing desk. The TV has two remotes, one to switch the TV on and another for the Mi TV stick on which Netflix and Showmax are preloaded. Please use the profiles under Vuyelwa.
The towels are on the bed and you will find extra bedding in the cupboard. The taps are old so please be sure to tighten the taps in the kitchen, bathroom sink and shower when you close them otherwise they leak through.
The neighbourhood is very safe, but please use the padlock when coming in for the night and shut it. I will shut it every day around 10pm but you have a key to unlock it if you come in afterwards. There is security stained on every block on 4th so you can walk home every night.
Also we just got a Gautrain Bus between Rosebank and Parkhurst that runs every 15 minutes during the day. It is R16 per ride and you can hail it anywhere on 4th and get off anywhere on 4th too. You don't need a Gautrain card to ride it.
On Wednesdays, if you would like that cottage refreshed, please leave your door open so that we can enter.

Quick Tips for a Smooth Stay
Hot Water: Gas geyser, if it runs cold, the gas likely needs refilling. Let us know right away; the guest shower in the house is available in the meantime.
TV & WiFi: TV needs WiFi for streaming (Showmax, Netflix, YouTube). You can also log into your own accounts. Backup MiFi available for emergencies.
Bathroom & Cleanliness: Weekly cleaning provided. Spot something off? Let us know immediately so we can fix it.
Shelves: Shelves are decorative and not load bearing apart from the pot plants please
Small Practical Notes: Please ensure taps are fully closed, shelves are gently handled, and visitors' parking rules are followed.
Reporting Issues: The sooner we know, the faster we can resolve it, your comfort matters!
Please treat the property as you would your own home. Respect quiet hours after 10 p.m.
