Check-out is strictly by 11:00 Am. Late check-outs may result in additional fees.

Only guests registered at the time of booking are allowed in the unit. Additional visitors are not permitted.
3. Noise Policy
Quiet hours must be observed between 6:00 Pm to 10:00 Am. Excessive noise or disturbances will result in immediate penalties.
4. No Parties or Gatherings
Parties, events, or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violation will result in eviction and forfeiture of payment.
5. Smoking and Vaping
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, and in common areas. Violators will incur a penalty of Php 5,000.
6. Damages and Maintenance
Guests are responsible for any damages to the property, furniture, or appliances. Costs for repair or replacement will be charged.
Please report any maintenance issues immediately.
7. Cleanliness and Trash Disposal
Keep the unit clean and tidy during your stay. Excessive cleaning required after check-out will result in additional charges.
Please dispose of trash in the designated bins provided inside the unit. If the bins are full, you can place the trash in the garbage room located outside the unit.
8. Use of Amenities
Follow the condominium's rules when using shared amenities like pools and gyms. Access cards will be provided upon arrival and must be returned during check-out. Lost cards will incur a replacement fee of Php 1,000.
9. Key/Access Code Security
Keys and access codes must not be shared or duplicated. Lost keys or compromised codes will result in penalties. All cards shall be returned to where they were found.
