We live in a cosy house which is directly locarted at a lovely park with swimming facilities. Tube station Rohrdamm and Bus at walking distance. From S Bahn Jungfernheide you can reach the other side of the city in just 5 stops. I offer here my attic room on the 2nd floor which you can see from the pics. Tee and coffee are provided for. The main kitchen in the house is not for use, but in the room there is a microwave and a toaster. Bathroom is on the ground floor and an extra toilet on the first floor. Garden is for use as well where there is also Wifi in the little garden house. Languages spoken are Dutch, German, English and French. Upon request pls be so nice to say a few personal words about yourself. Upon booking you will pay a fee to the agency....the remainder is paid in cash to the host when the key is handed over.

It happened that people showed up not matching the description. If i have indications that this could be the case, I will cancel the booking regardless minus points from the agency......safety first! Therefore pls make sure you can identify yourself wenn entering. Thank you
