- It is not accepted that more people enter than they booked, if you have visitors let us know the check-in and check-out time of the visit by the chat to let the guard know, if you need more accommodations please consult to offer you more alternatives of nearby accommodations.

- As an additional courtesy, we would appreciate it if you could leave the trash in the communal dumpster located on the ground floor (Pb), although it is not mandatory.
-Do not support dirty hands or feet on the walls.
- No pets
- No parties
- No smoking inside the apartment
-No speakers with a high volume
- Pool hats use *: It is mandatory to use pool hats in the pool area to maintain cleanliness and safety.
-Visitantes: Please inform in advance of any visit. It is important to respect the privacy and safety of other guests.
- If something is damaged, broken or irretrievably dirty during your stay under your responsibility, you must immediately notify us through the application for the corresponding replacement and respective replenishment collection
- Failure to comply with the house rules could result in additional cleaning costs to those already set in the value of your reservation or replacement and a bad review.

-Parking Use : Only parking is allowed in the spaces indicated in the reservation.
Important: If you plan to come by car, please inform us in advance and send us the plate number.

-Balcones : It is not allowed to throw cigarette butts from the balconies or hang clothes on them.
-Communal Areas ï¸: No food or drinks allowed in the common areas of the building.
- Pool ♂ï¸: It is mandatory to use a bathing cap when using the pool.
By arrangement of the building, guests' visits are not allowed to use the communal areas such as pool, gym, terraces or other shared spaces. These areas are exclusively for residents and registered guests.
